The Voyager helmet from Camp is specially designed to meet the standards and needs not only of climbers, but also of ski alpinists. This is mainly achieved by increased safety against side impacts. The helmet is made using in-mold technology, where EPS polystyrene reinforced with polycarbonate is injected into an extremely hard ABS shell. To increase comfort during movement, there are 17 ventilation holes in the helmet. The package also includes padding, which makes the helmet comfortable for every size and shape of the head. The size of the helmet can also be adjusted using the adjustment wheel. To prevent the strap of your ski goggles or headlamp from slipping, you can fasten it using special elastic straps, which keep it in the optimal position even if you don't need the goggles/headlamp at the moment and just wear them on your helmet. The helmet is equipped with a RECCO reflector emitting a signal that can be picked up by RECCO receiving plates. This system does not replace the classic avalanche search engine.
