How to shop

Shopping at FanOutdoor.com is easy. Feel free to browse through the products, consult prices and add items to your shopping cart.  Just follow the steps below to shop at FanOutdoor.com.

To help you find the goods you wish to purchase, you can search for a particular item by placing your cursor on one of the departments at the top of our page and then clicking on the sub-department in the drop-down menu. You can also  scroll through the Category Menu on the left, or use the Search option above.

When you find the goods you wish to purchase, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button on the product page. On the Shopping Cart page, you can remove, reduce or increase the quantity of the products

You can choose the currency in which you pay. You can choose CZK, Euro, USD and Polish zloty.

After the goods are placed in the cart, you can then choose to 'Continue Shopping', or 'Show Cart".

You won't have to register as a customer until you decide to place an orde. If you already have an account, simply log in. If you don't have an account, either choose to register yourself and enjoy loyalty benefits (3 percents discount), or make a one-time purchase.

After reviewing the goods in your cart and clicking the 'Continue' button, move on to select the Delivery and Payment options for your order

You will then be shown a list of delivery options to choose from, before moving on to select a payment option. A summary of your order will be visible before you are asked to carry out payment, so that your order details can be checked and modified, if necessary.

The final stage of your order asks you to choose a payment method. Payment options will vary according to the shipping country selected and the items included in your shopping cart. We offer a total of 5 payment methods:

• Cash when you pick up items in our shop in Štěchovice
• Cash On Delivery - only for customers in Czech republic, Slovakia, Germany, Poland, Hungary and Romania
• Credit Card
• Bank transfer
• Paypal

You can add a special note for us before you finish shopping.

After selecting the form of payment, you will be asked to accept the purchase conditions and then to Confirm the Order.

Orders are processed immediately, and you will receive an email confirming your order and delivery details.
