Terms of personal data processing
1. Personal data
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended by later legislation, and at the same time in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (general regulation on the protection of personal data), which takes effect on 25 May 2018.
Personal data EVATON s.r.o., IČO: 26078007, with registered office at V Stráni 415/3, Prague 5, 150 00 (hereinafter referred to as "administrator"), the administrator will process personal data himself or through processors, which are third parties designated by the administrator.
A natural person whose personal data is processed is considered a data subject.
The administrator will process personal data that is filled in the registration form, i.e. name, surname, residential address, e-mail address, telephone.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of sending business communications in accordance with §7 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on information society services as amended, and this is based on the legal basis of performance of the contract according to the subject's registration or subject's consent in the case of unregistered subjects.
Personal data are processed for the purpose of delivering goods according to the orders of the entity as a customer in order to fulfill the contract.
I confirm that I have been informed that automated decision-making, including profiling, is taking place.
The administrator informs that no personal data is transferred to third countries.
2. Rights of the data subject
According to the general regulation on the protection of personal data, the data subject has the following rights:

Information on measures taken
The manager shall provide the data subject upon request pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. requests representing the exercise of the rights of the data subject, information on the measures taken, without undue delay and in any case within one month of receipt of the request. If necessary, this deadline can be extended by another two months, taking into account the complexity and number of applications. The administrator shall inform the data subject of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for such extension. If the data subject submits the request in electronic form, the information will be provided in electronic form, if possible, unless the data subject requests otherwise.
If the controller does not take the measures requested by the data subject, it informs the data subject immediately and no later than one month after receiving the request about the reasons for not taking the measures and about the possibility of filing a complaint with the supervisory authority and requesting judicial protection.
If the administrator has reasonable doubts about the identity of the natural person who submits the request pursuant to Articles 15 to 21 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, he may request the provision of additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the data subject.
Costs
Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation and all communications and all actions pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 and 34 of the General Data Protection Regulation are provided and performed free of charge.
If the requests submitted by the data subject are clearly unfounded or unreasonable, especially because they are repeated, the administrator can either:
impose a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs associated with providing the requested information
refuse to comply with the request.
3. Specification of data subject rights
Right to withdraw consent
If the processing of personal data is based on consent, the data subject has the right to revoke the consent at any time, without prejudice to the legality of the processing based on the consent granted before its revocation. Consent is given for certain purposes and revoking consent may not always constitute an obligation for the administrator to dispose of personal data, but will only constitute an obligation for the administrator to stop processing personal data for a specific purpose for which consent was granted. Even in the event that the controller used consent for cases where another legal reason for the processing of personal data is evident to him, the withdrawal of consent does not mean the obligation to dispose of the personal data or to stop processing it, if the controller is convinced of another legal reason for the processing.
The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
Each data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervised authority pursuant to Article 77 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, in particular in the Member State of his/her obv
