TENACIOUS mesh patches are used to repair torn mosquito nets and insect screens. They make the repair quick and easy. They consist of a strong nylon mesh (76 mm diameter circle) with a transparent self-adhesive ring of TENACOUS PVC tape around the perimeter. The high-strength pressure-sensitive adhesive allows permanent repair. The patch guarantees full protection against insect penetration. Instructions for use. To repair the mesh, flatten the patch on a flat surface, grasp the patch with two fingers at the centre, remove the adhesive cover with the other hand and place the patch on the repaired area and smooth it. It is advisable to work with moistened fingers in case we accidentally touch the glue. Once the patch is perfectly smoothed, turn the glued mesh over, back side up, and dust the glued area with talcum powder. This will prevent possible subsequent sticking when folding the mosquito net. The adhesive is now only covered on the reverse side by the netting. If you do not want to use talcum powder, you can glue a second patch on the other side (i.e. the reverse side). Make sure that both patches are aligned. The second patch will significantly strengthen the strength of the blind.
