Steel for making knives comes from Germany. In order to achieve the best possible properties, it also contains elements such as silicon, carbon, molybdenum and vanadium. Its hardness then reaches 57-59 degrees on the Rockwell scale. The wooden handle of folding knives gives the user a specific feeling in the hand that is completely different from knives with a plastic handle. Most often, beech is used for production. But the more exotic bubinga with its dark brown to red color is also very popular, and there is also a smooth olive on the menu.
